Roxene's Salon Afro-European Hair & Beauty (Unisex)

I have had an amazing experience at Roxene’s Salon and can’t wait for my next appointment.

On the 19th of April I called the salon 20 minutes before closing time to discuss the best treatment I could get for my heat damaged, transitioning hair. I spoke with a lovely woman who said she’d get the stylist to call me back. I got a call back within 20 minutes (after closing may I add!) and had the potential treatments explained to me. An appointment was booked for the next day with Roxene.

On the day of my appointment I had a trim and the olaplex treatment, which was lovely and so relaxing. Roxene gave me amazing advice on how to bring back my curls and how to style and maintain the health of my hair. Roxene was lovely and made me feel so comfortable.

Would highly recommend this salon! 11/10

I must amend my 1* review as I had not communicated that I was unhappy with the result, and I had not spoken much throughout the appointment which was partially reason as to why my braids were done incorrectly to how I wanted them done, I had asked for the same style and the middle parting wasn’t visible as I hadn’t come back for 8 weeks to get it redone. I wrote this review out of emotion and went to the store 5 mins later to complain and Roxanne had immediately booked me in for the next day to get it redone free of charge. I went back the next day and had it done in three hours where I was talking to the hairdressers the whole time and it was a good environment to be in. I was very happy with the result in the end and I will return in 6 weeks and 12 weeks etc. I must also apologise to the owners for the previous review as it was unfair to leave a review without telling them I was unhappy first.

An excellent first experience! My daughter had her hair done at Roxene's for her prom and was very pleased.

I was also very pleased at their professionalism. I had a last minute challenge to meeting my appointment, Roxene was flexible and did all she could such that my daughter was still able to do her hair on the day.
Besides this, the salon is very clean and Roxene and team are really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return and highly recommend

Great salon, I'm a very last minute person & some way, somehow they're always able to fit me in; whether it's a cancellation or something just works out!

The staff are great here always friendly & my hair is always plaited to perfection.

This is now my regular spot & would deffo recommend.

I booked in for a consultation & cut with Nicky & left with the best haircut I've had in 10 years. I was welcomed like family & received great advice. All of which left me looking & feeling happier (& younger) than I have for a while.
I've already re-booked for my trim in a few weeks & can't recommend highly enough.

Great experience at Roxene’s. Haven’t had braids in 20 years so was a bit nervous but all of the team were so friendly and helpful I instantly felt at ease. Favour ( my stylist) did a great job I was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience here. Roxene is a delightful, professional and kind woman who does great work. I came for a silk press and trim. She accommodated me on short notice and was so kind and gentle handed. Definitely a great experience.

Visited for the first time today and had my hair done by Roxene . Everything from start to finish was excellent.
Roxene was highly knowledgeable/super friendly. She introduced me to 72 hair smoothing system. I love how my hair looked.I would highly recommend Roxene’s Hair Salon.
