lovely little dog in the salon very friendly, very clean salon as well. male assistant very helpful offering drinks magazines keeping himself busy. however my stylist did botch my hair nothing major they offered to fix but felt was best to go elsewhere, she didn't really start a conversation till it was ready to wash out just sat at reception desk on phone looking like she wished she was somewhere else, didn't even go to section my hair when blow-dry or ask how I would like or if I wanted product in my hair. I was looking for a regular salon but unfortunately won't be going back, if you book in with one of the male stylists they seemed really friendly and accommodating as I said it was clean a nice looking salon everyone looked smart maybe it was just a bad day.

Highly professional. Stacey is a brilliant colourist - never known one better in 20 years, the colour is so even - amazing! Milly gave me a perfect haircut too. What a team....... I will never go anywhere else!

Love this place! Great stylists and friendly customer service! Was new to Haywards Heath and am now a regular at this salon. Have recommended it to friends and family as THE place to get your hair cut in this area :)

When I moved in the region, I tried a few before finding my pearl as hairdresser! Have been with Russell for a while. Clean environment, excellent service, knowing his techniques and attentive to details. Always very pleased with the results after each visit.

Best haircut I've had in years...... really impressed and so pleased I have found my perfect cut!

Had a colour, foils and cut done by Ellie. Done a good job, although I feel the price was extreme for the place it was.
Tired dated looking floors, walls and ceilings. Terrible seats. What I believe to be the cheapest nastiest coffee put in a percolator and water in plastic cups.
160 is steep for this place. I wouldn’t of been so annoyed if you had the things I’ve mentioned up to a reasonable standard. Badly needs some tlc
