Master Cutters

Looked nothing like the picture I brought in, think that is more to do with hair stylists not finishing off properly, needed to be blow dryer and a straightened instead of being dryed with fingers and hair dryer......hey my hair will grow and I won't look like a boy for too long

My daughter made the decision to get her hair cut for The Little Princess Trust. Marlena her hairdresser was amazing and she got 10" cut off her hair which was a big thing for my daughter as she originally only wanted 8" off but actually it looked great. Marlena was lovely with her and styled her hair beautifully after. Very happy and proud mum as well.

Booked 2 treatments for myself and my daughter we weren't impressed with the the service or quality that we got from this master cutters at all. I spent quite alot of money on both hair styles but didn't receive the final colour on my daughters hairstyle that she wanted and the stylist said it could be done, also I asked for my hair to be layerd after a colour but she just cut the ends instead, the stylist had a rotten cold and was coughing and sneezing over me, really should not be at work if your that ill and working over customer's ,she seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do my hair didn't talk, we were both in the hairdressers for over 3 hours and was only offered one drink! Spent well over £200 pounds on both hairstyles which was christmas present to my daughter also, it's probably the worst haircut,colour experience we've had and will not be returning.

I asked for a shoulder length shaggy cut, I could just leave to dry. She took all my hair back and she cut it to my neck. I spotted how short it was and she tried to keep the sides longer but even the sides are still 3 inches from my shoulders. She then tilted the mirror so it looked longer at the back. But I knew it was too late to complain because the damage had been done..she said there was enough for a pony tail.
There isn't..She did a short very blunt bob and then curled it. It takes forever to deal with in the mornings!.. Her name is Marlena..Never again
