Visited for the first time today and am over the moon with the experience I had, felt so welcome and enjoyed every minute of being there. Having the massaging chair while having my hair washed was a bonus and something I definitely needed! The young girl Emily that did my hair today was an absolute delight and although she was running slightly behind made feel like a priority even while going between me and her other client.. Throughly enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning soon. Thank you again.

Spent a very relaxing 😌 hour at Luxfords having a manicure & pedicure. Would thoroughly recommend. Am going back to try a wash & blow dry. Will definitely go back for a manicure & pedicure. I am quite an anxious person 🙃 & am reluctant to try new places, but very pleasantly surprised at the very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️ 💗 💛 💖 😊

I cannot fault the lovely ladies at the salon. My first visit I was slightly shocked to have to pay extra £20 for a toner which I presumed was part of the colour service.

Fantastic customer service had a lovely cut by Emily exactly what I wanted. Thank you for making me feel good again. Xx

This is my second appointment at luxfords and I loved it. When you arrive you are made to feel so relaxed. Such a brilliant atmosphere. I had Fleur coloring my hair, she talked me through what she was going to do and made me feel like I’m in good hands. I walked out feeling amazing. Thank you so much I can’t wait to come back ❤️ Xxx

First time at Luxfords, and I loved it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Hair cut and styled by Destiny, exactly how I wanted. Will definitely be booking again. Love that they do cocktails as well. Really lovely ladies, thank you 😊

Visited the salon for first time today just for a patch test for my colour/cut next week. Met Jena who was so welcoming and offered me a fabulous consultation - Jena gave me lots of great suggestions on how I could have my hair cut and coloured - thank you! I visited Luxfords for a cut and colour by Mark for the first time recently. I couldn’t fault the experience - I had two consultations beforehand with a tint test and what I wanted was discussed with me in-depth first (which I’ve never experienced before). Mark went over it again before starting on the day to ensure I was happy and he was clear on what I wanted, and he really knew his stuff. He was so friendly and easy to chat with throughout, and happily answered any questions I had about the process and what products to use afterwards. I was slightly nervous beforehand as it had been a while since I’d been to a salon and I was having a completely different colour, but Mark put me at ease. I was absolutely blown away by the result, I couldn't believe it was my hair!!! All the staff are so friendly, and the salon has a really lovely, welcoming atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend them, especially Mark, and I can’t wait to go back again :)

First time in the salon tonight & I am one very happy customer- a beautiful new restyle by Emily - you have worked a miracle! Emily listened to what I wanted & boy did she deliver! This is def the salon to go to if you want a great cut, amazing service & walk out feeling a million dollars! I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Emily 😊
