MENSPIRE Village Arcade

I had an appointment booked for yesterday evening, but they called me up a few days ago and changed it to the afternoon today. Cause the buses are more difficult I ended trying to get an Uber or a bolt. I went through about 30 minutes of waiting cause my driver kept declining the ride (which isn't the fault of menspire), so I've gone to the online service the use to manage bookings (fresha I think) and try to rebook or cancel. I get hit with a message saying that I can't cancel or rebook within 24 hrs and to call menspire. I've called the number and it just goes to a dial tone message, like it doesn't even ring. There's no way to message them through the booking service, and cause I didn't show, and not just cancelled, I'll apparently be charged 100% instead of 50. I have no way to contact them as well.
