It's now a year since I wrote my first review about this amazing lady Natalie. Once again after having my hair done at this salon...I have nothing but praise.
Each time I've attended to have my hair done including today 07.12.19 I have come away so happy with the way my hair has been done to perfection...I would never want to go anywhere else. Natalie has restored my faith in a hairdresser who can do afro caribbean hair and I have also watched her do European hair to perfection too.
I am a very happy customer.

I have had my hair done twice from this fantastic lady.
Both times i have walked out of the salon with a huge grin on my face because i was so happy with my hair style.
This is the best salon to go too.
if you are like me and have had terrible experiences in the past and have vowed not to go to a salon again ... you should try this salon and you will always go back.
You get a personal one to one and this lady knows how to do your hair to suit. I have given 5 stars but if i could i would give 10 stars.
My niece and sister from Australia also came out of this salon very happy with their hair styles.

The hairstylist is lovely and made me feel at ease as I don’t regularly use hairdressers due to my lack of trust from previous hairdresser experiences. My hair is mixed and I usually have difficulty in finding a good hairdresser. I’m sorry I don’t remember the stylist’s name (who I think is the owner). She took her time with my hair and wanted to make sure that I was happy with how she was styling it. I was pleased with the end result-it did take a little longer than anticipated. The price was fairly decent. I will go back again. Parking can be difficult but the owner is very helpful and will provide parking vouchers(at no cost).

Wow what a gem. Natalie is one of the best hairdressers I've ever met. She is knowledgeable about hair, reasonably priced and kept to timed appt. Such a genuine lady.

I had a weave done. She braided my hair and it wasn't too tight like I was having a face-lift. She advised me the best hair to purchase to blend in well with my own hair and so happy with the results I would definitely recommend this salon.

Just wish I'd found her sooner 🙂

I usually find the hairdressers scary, but elegant hair care salon has completely changed that. I now look forwards to going and have the utmost trust and confidence in her skill and styling. She’s so careful and understanding, especially for me because I’m so indecisive. She always offers guidance and somehow knows exactly what I want. Best hairdressers I’ve been to in my 25 years.

The hairdresser is just amazing!! She has been my hairdresser for almost 3 years and difference is outstanding. My hair has become longer, smoother and most importantly healthier. She will advise you on hairstyles and ways to maintain the look. There aren’t enough characters to explain how amazing this shop is but I would highly recommend to many people.
