Rush Hair Wandsworth

Just had my haircut here and really I'm not happy.

I went in and explained I wanted to add layers and give my hair volume, the stylist said she thought blending would help. I said that would be fine so long as there was volume.

Now my hair is completely flat and I am going to have to go to another salon to get what I want (which isn't something too complicated, other salons have managed it before, I only wanted to add a shorter top layer).

In the future please listen to what your clients want rather than do what you think is best; its not nice leaving a salon feeling uncomfortable.

Selime is the best hairdresser I've ever had, and I tried many. Very professional, provides the best advice and tips to look after my hair, her blow dry is second to none, hair cut never disappoints and my hair is much healthier since she started looking after me.

I went into Rush for my first haircut in a year since growing it long. I had been putting it off as in the past I have had awful cuts from new hairdressers. Sophie did an amazing Job, understood exactly what I wanted doing, took her time and and I can honestly say that it's the best haircut I've ever had. Such a lovely person & put me at ease. Silvana did my hair this afternoon; I had full head, cut and blow dry. She was AMAZING and I’m so happy with the results! It’s hard to find someone that gets the colour exactly right but she knew exactly what she was doing and I’m super grateful. Thank you Silvana :)
PS. The head massage is a gorgeous added bonus!

Absolutely fantastic! Selime was so friendly and picked up what I wanted very quickly! I’ve got a very thick and straight hair which is tricky to cut but she did a great job!

I went to Rush in a panic to ask to try to fix a terrible haircut I just had somewhere else and Silvana at Rush performed a little miracle by fixing my haircut and by making it look nice! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Silvana: she listens and she understands how important hair can be.

Wish I had listened to the reviews before booking. Overcharged, rude staff and received an awful experience overall. Paid for a balayage and can’t see any difference at all. Hair stylist told me to “deal with the pain for an hour” whilst being really rough with my hair. My stylist also left me for an hour whilst washing, cutting, and styling someone else. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs!

Was so disappointed. Been before and it was fine. Came back for half a head of high lights and they aren't even in colour and the hairdresser who was nice before was not professional she had her ear phones in whilst doing it and then when i went to have the shampoo she put the shampoo on but didn't wash she disappeared for 10mins to speak on her phone. My head started to itch i wanted to just wash my own hair! And then when i told her i don't have time for a blow dry just have a quick rough dry , she didn't even dry it i asked to dry it a bit more i would have even done it myself but i left with wet hair and uneven highlights and for £110 thats not what you want!
