HOB Salons St.Albans

So I've basically been going back and fourth for the past 5 months to get a hair cut. And I officially had to get over my comfort zone and try something new. After researching online and reading fantastic reviews I decided to give Hobbs a try! I can't fault anything at the salon. The team are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I had my haircut which was complimented on by 5 people at our dinner party tonight! Thank you Ellie for looking after me and making me feel awesome again! See you in April x

Elle was wicked! She took the time to find out what I didn't like about my hair and gave me confidence to go for the style I wanted. She gave me lots of advice about looking after my dry, curly hair and was really friendly/funny! Was chuffed with my cut ☺️ The staff were all wearing visors and spraying the areas customers had been seated in. There was also a limit of 1 person at a time to wait at reception and sanitiser upon entering, so you can rest assured that they are making every effort to keep everyone safe. Thanks Elle and team x

I went to the salon the lady that restyled was amazing so was the cut. The owner was attentive very busy salon. I had booked a virgin experience salon experience with a head massage. The lady washed my hair was appalling left me there with a head mask no massage even though I had paid for a head massage. she had no passion for customer service. I told them they said next time I come in I would get one but I love so far and I couldn’t go on again due to the long journey. Just ensure if you book an experience you get would you paid for. It would have been nice to receive complementary hair products to make up for this.

Me and my daughter used this salon as part of a Voucher. Can I just say the man who cut my hair is amazing takes time listens. Thank you so much would recommend

I had my daughter booked in for a hair cut at 5pm. When we arrived we were told that the lady we had booked with had left. We booked with that specific lady as she has experience working with my daughters hair type. Any proffesional salon would have let customers know well in advance that the stylist they booked with is no longer working there. Very poor service and a complete waste of my time. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed with the service at HOB Salon. I booked to have half head highlights for a wedding, they called me 45 minutes before the appointment to say they hadn’t allowed enough time to do the appointment. I had moved work commitments around to make the appointment, it’s incredibly poor service to call 45 minutes before to cancel !

After a recent negative experience, it’s safe to say that Hob Salon has completely restored and regained my trust.

I cannot thank you enough, Craig. You have honestly built my knocked confidence back up.

Great experience! Nicole did my highlights, the result was excellent and very natural looking. Also, I highly recommend the K18 treatment, it brought my curls back to life after years of bleach and heat damage.
