So pleased with my lash extensions done by Amber today. Really happy with them. They look great and Amber made me so comfortable i will definetly go there again but hopefully in a different room to avoid the constantly gurgling sink that made the strangest noises

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I got a call at 5pm to tell me my appointment for 11am tomoreow was cancelled because her staff member has had her baby early at the beginning of this week. These things happen and of course that's more important than my hair but to call me at 5pm when you've known all week her appts will be booked out is a disgrace.

To add to that I then said it's hard for me to move my day around and was excited to have my hair done for an important event tmrw night and she then told me she isnt going to run rings around someone paying silly money on groupon. I'm sorry but why put your prices on groupon as wash cut and blow dry if that's not giving you enough profit and then cancel me because my appts isnt good enough for you 😂😂😂😂 she then told me she hasnt called me until now because shes been too busy with new clients today which are more important than what I'm paying. How can you call yourselves a new business it's an utter disgrace. Cheap, typical Essex speaking girl. Horrible. Couldnt even run a bath let alone a business.

Just.to add to this she said I could have 10am and I said no problem. But she had to check with another stylist so she called me back and said no sorry shes going for breakfast 😂😂 wow! Customer service at its peak ladies and gentleman! What a horrible stupid business owner. Then she told me to shove my appt up my arse and get a refund on groupon cos she doesnt want my cheap appt. Hahaha! I will be reporting this to groupon. I hope you get taken down and I hope your business fails miserable. Grow up you fool.

Stylist was rude. Didn't cut hair straight: I got blamed for moving my head? Didn't put in layers: I got blamed for not giving proper instructions?

Great salon, staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome and a nice haircut, would recommend.

I’ve been here twice as it’s down the road but the customer service isn’t great, they’re a bit cold and don’t chat or make you feel welcome. The treatments are okay for the price but I wouldn’t return due to the unfriendly vibes.

Joanna is lovely, she really put me at ease, and was really knowledgeable. I can see results after just one session. Can't wait to see the final outcome after 4.
