Went in for a wash cut & blowdry
Requested for my hair to be cut straight trim with bangs.
Hair is not even cut straight and was charged £60! Definitely not worth the money. I’ve had multiple people ask me if I had chopped it off myself because it doesn’t look professionally done. So disappointed and will not recommend and will not visit again. Prices are extortionate for the inadequate service provided. Lower your prices.

Had my lashes done by Marianna, she was lovely and gave great recommendations. Classic extensions and I'm really very happy with them. Would 100% go again.

The best hair so far I have ever had. I had a short hair literally short and I went for my extensions and they did so amazing work. I am so happy and pleased with the work they did. It was something new experience for me and I just love it. Everyone is so nice and caring and they all listen to you and ur need.. I wish I could give them 10/10.. they are stars.. thank you for changing my whole look.

I called today to ask about cutting my hair as I want to donate to a child cancer charity. I was told it would cost £35. I then mentioned my hair is long, I was put on hold and then told it would cost me £45. I do not want to have it washed/conditioned or dried. I want to give my hair to a cancer charity and could not believe after giving me an initial price of £35 for just a cut it want up to £45. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I have thought this is a good salon but today's experience did shock me to say the least. I like them how they doing job but today it was unprofessional :(

I decided to go from blonde to a dark blonde/brown balayage and I really regret going to this salon!

First they moved my appointment a couple of times, which I understood and didn’t make a fuss about. Then my hairstylist Aleksandra, who also happens to be the owner of the salon, was 30 mins late for my appointment. No apology, no nothing.

I very clearly was trying to tell her and show her what I want and what I don’t want, but it didn’t seem she was too interested in understanding what I’m going for. She said she can’t guarantee 100% what’s in the picture, which of course no one can guarantee anything 100% in any profession, but my result is no where near close to what I wanted!

She just kept doing things to my hair and I was trying to ask along the way what she was doing, but she almost seemed irritated by my questions.

I asked her for a dry cut, which she partially did, then ended up cutting my hair while it was wet. Which is honestly one of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever had in my life. It’s choppy, uneven and a lot shorter than what I wanted.

She put semi permanent hair dye and toner on my hair when I clearly stated I wanted to dye my hair closer to my natural color because I didn’t want to keep having to dye it anymore. I wanted to grow my hair out and make it long and healthy and give my hair a break from blonde and bleach.

I came in with light blonde, long hair and I am now left with short, choppy, green-ish hair (the brown color faded after a couple of washes).

When I sent them pictures and asked for a refund they told me that they don’t agree with what I’m saying.

So I’m now £200+ out of pocket and with ruined hair.

Please think twice before booking! I should’ve taken the rough start as a sign to cancel my appointment, but you live and you learn.
