Walton Hair & Beauty Studio

Took me ages to find a hair and beauty establishment that I feel comfortable in. The staff are fab and Michelle the manager is lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough. My daughter who has additional needs loves coming here as she feels like she's one of the gang as the girls are brilliant with her. I am aware I'm digressing here but that's how the staff make you feel. Fabulous and highly highly recommend xxx

Was not impressed at all with this place, made 2 appointment one for me and one for my daughter, we were sat there for an hour after our appointment time nobody said sorry for delay I wouldn't of minded but there was only one person in having there hair done. All the staff were really nice apart from a girl called jade terrible attitude she didn't speak to me once apart from when she asked what I wanted doing. Would not recommend this place which is a shame because staff are nice apart from the one girl, but that one person is enough to put you off.

I don't normally write reviews but have to say my visit to Walton Hair & Beauty Studio today was fab. A lovely young lady called Lucy restyled my hair for me and did an absolutely amazing job and although I didn't have it coloured everyone thought that I had, I don't know how she managed that but I will definately be visiting Lucy again, love my new hair! Xx

I have tried to visit Walton Salon 5 times:

Nails - no! no! no! my cuticle been pull and blooded, I found that one of my nail breaks when I left the saloon as well as have a franc shellack as if 6 years old try to paint my nails.
I complain and get no refund back.
Hair colour - very poor grey hair cover
Hair blow- hold for less than a day.

Only one girl in there is nice, which I give her a tip for £10
(most probably they didn't let her keep it)
all others just not professional.

I’ve been here twice now and the woman who does my hair is lovely (I think her name is Lynda?). She’s done a brilliant job both times and tries her hardest to make sure my curls don’t fall, which is a hard job! Overall the salon is priced well and very welcoming. You can also make appointments conveniently online which is very helpful.

i have bought 2 items from the shop on line and still no products have arrived even though the funds were taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. i have emailed and no response and receptionist doesn't deal with it. No professional shop to buy from on line.

I had the most amazing luxury facial and full body massage from Michelle, products she uses are top class and I came out feeling fabulous and smelling lovely, and so relaxed. Would highly recommend the salon and the numerous treatments on offer.! Treat yourself and go and have a pamper, you will not be disappointed trust me. I finished off my pamper with a lovely wash and blow and again the salon only uses the best hair products, hair feels amazing. A big thank you to Michelle and her staff. And I'm already booked in for my next treatments.

Had a luxury facial today by the lovely Michelle. OMG it was amazing so relaxing skin feels amazing I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after it that I felt like I couldn’t move. The first one I’ve had and definitely won’t be the last. Excellent service thanks Michelle x
