Georgia was absolutely brilliant. She has the most delicate hand and I enjoyed having my hair blow dried by her. The style lasted for days and made me feel a million dollars. Thank you.

AVOID at all costs!!! I experienced the worst customer service ever. My appointment was delayed as I watched the stylist wash their colleague’s hair delaying my appointment, unapologetically, for 15-minutes!!

The worst attitude from the manager I have ever experienced in my whole life that saw me leaving the salon, 1-hour after entering, with wet hair. They were actually shouting at me in the salon! Screaming!

I called the owner to tell them rather than leave a negative review but they didn’t reply to my email or phone call. Which told me everything I needed to know about the culture of the place. Amateur. Do not visit.

Always super happy with my haircut and blow drys from Elizabeth. She is a true perfectionist and always takes the time to fully understand how I want my hair to look. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

STAY AWAY. Shockingly bad customer service and aggressive, disorganised staff. Reception never answers the phone so it is impossible to get ahold of anyone if you need to schedule/reschedule or cancel an appointment. I had been going to the salon for manicures regularly (the woman who does the manicures is lovely) but each time I would get a phone call about an hour before my appointment from the salon asking if I could come in earlier (not letting me refuse and blaming the issue on 'booking errors'), which is bizarre behaviour. Needed to have my hair done so I tried ringing the salon to confirm what exactly needed to be done and to CONFIRM the time so they wouldn't ask me to come in earlier as having hair done is a long process and I would need to plan my day around it. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, they do not answer the phone so after about 4-5 phone calls I resorted to booking via THEIR blobar app (NOT TREATWELL). As expected, the day of the appointment, I got a phone call about an hour before my scheduled appointment asking me to come in early. I explained that I could not come in early because I booked in for a specific time and had planned my day around it. The woman on the phone became very angry and agitated with me and KEPT asking me to come in earlier. At this point, I did not feel comfortable going in BUT they reserve the right to charge your card if you cancel day-of, despite the fact that they were asking me to change my appointment time and were extremely aggressive in doing so. I ended up DRIVING to the salon (which is normally only a 20min walk from my house) because of how aggressive the woman was in insisting that I arrive early. Arrived and explained what needed to be done (my hair had been done in the past at the salon by someone who had since left) and explained that they should have the notes associated with my hair. Stylist said she did not have any records and then began shouting at me telling me that what I wanted to have done could not be done and was impossible. It wasn't until one of the stylists 'in charge' came over that 'my' stylist agreed that what I wanted was possible and had been done on my hair (really simple stuff-- literally just highlights). She then said she couldn't do it, didn't have the time so I would need to book in AGAIN (Ofc I did not book in). Was transferred over to a separate person to do the cut. She was extremely rude, didn't speak to me at all and was clearly upset that I didn't come earlier because it was clear she wanted/needed to leave. Was such a bad experience that I felt like crying while sitting in the chair.

I have never been treated so poorly by such rude and disorganised staff. I highly suggest avoid this place. Extremely overpriced for mediocre results and the emotional distress caused.

First time visiting the salon and I loved it. Bella was really friendly, thorough and did a great job with my hair. My curly hair is normally tough to blow dry, she did an amazing job.

I went to have a kerastase fusio duo treatment. The hairdresser did not look at my hair and discussed the mix with me. She washed my hair and did the infusion mix without discussing my hair needs with me. Outcome: I did not see any improvements on my hair after washing my hair at home. I did the treatment before in a different place and it really worked.

I had a mani pedi , eyebrow tint and threading and some waxing done recently with Sonia, and she is so lovely. Extremely talented and very professional, my nails look fantastic, and the treatment was very relaxing. My eyebrows look fab, and I am pleased with that excellent service. I will be back very soon. :-)

Naythan did an incredible job with my hair, I would definitely return to Blo Bar in Chiswick. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere
