Not sure how to respond. The justifications in answer to the bad review I gave are a distortion. I know that with out-of-control yelling, it’s rarely one person who’s been on the receiving end. They’ve now started sending inappropriate text messages, including asking me to review them again.

Got my hair cut, which was great but when I asked for a bleach I've had numerous times they refused. I know how my hair reacts but they wouldn't do it

Reply to owner reptile: I’ve been bleached many times. I know I was only booked for cut but asked if you had time to bleach. I know my own hair. I know what I can/ can’t do to it. Found someone that listened to me and how I knew my hair with no problem

Had an amazing time, staff very friendly and happy. Aimee coloured and cut my hair. I am so please with the colour and the cut is amazing. It has brought new life to my hair. I love this salon. All the staff are lovely. Totally professional, charming and very, very good at their craft. Angelica is amazing. I travel for 2 hours to see her and it’s worth every minute!

I had been to salon before and had a great blow dry by Fabio and went back for a keratin treatment. I didn't research it and thought it was a natural treatment. It is highly chemical and costs a fortune. I would not recommend it but Fabio still great

I have been going to this salon for years
it has changed over the years but ALWAYS in a good way. They are always all very friendly and welcoming, the Salon (and amenities) are spotless - during this pandemic they are extremely vigilant on all aspects of sanitizing and distancing. The website booking service works very well and they call you if there are any cancellations or changes that may occur.
I cannot speak more highly of this business
