I had a hair cut but everything was according to hairdresser. She kept on insisting the style and haircut I wanted wouldn't suit me. She finished mine quickly as there were few ladies waiting for her service. Messed up with my hair. I would never even look at the salon again.

I’ve been using KESS for many years & I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I generally visit once a month.
Excellent services, friendly & reasonable prices.
The whole team work very hard & salon is always clean & tastefully decorated.
Level of expertise is very good.
Dasha is excellent. One of the other ladies gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had.
I’ve had roots, highlights & cuts.

Walked in and was not greeted happily, as a male wanting to get a perm, I was treated without care, the woman who did my perm was nice but no one listened to what I wanted. I asked for waves hair and my perm came out way too curly. I did show a picture. No one even tried doing a consultation to see what I needed and felt rushed through the process. Customer service was horrible. On top of all a perm was £40 which clearly stated in the website and I was charged £50. I ended up shaving my head.. never going back.

I have been going here for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Dasha is fab!

I can trust her completely when it comes to my hair.

After coming back from a difficult procedure at the gp surgery I am soooo glad I came to this salon today. I had deep conditioning treatment and hair cut and blow dry. Darsha was amazing and so nice and so calm and she looked like she actually enjoyed what she was doing. I live in pinner but came to south harrow especially as I used to come here years ago before I moved. I am so glad I came here and my hair feels wonderful. There is no salon that is near to me that would have given me this experience what I received today. I will be coming back again for sure.

The hairdresser is sooo good. She dyed my aunties roots and she looks and feels great. Thank you!

After recommended by my friend, I went there today for my haircut.. Miriam was not only patient and knowledgeable, she actually did her magic on my hair.. I had a bad experience somehwere else but Mirium gave me a fantastic haircut.. I got so many compliments today... One good haircut can lift your mood.. I done a perm, middle section is done very poorly. Its half straight hair. It looks like frizzy hair instead of curls. The place unhygienic, brushes had other customers hairs and dirt. While doing the perm Dasha left me in the middle and attended nother customer. Then her colleague cut my hair very uneven. She was pulling my hair very hard too when I mentioned she is pulling my hair too much she said "it doesn't matter" ! Complete rubbish hairdressers. I had to go fix my uneven haircut second time. Dasha tried to fix but still was not good, she then asked me to come back third time and pay for another wash and cut. I chose not to go back to this unprofessional place. Totally waste of my time. Asking me to pay again for their mistake is highly unprofessional. I regret getting my "perm/ more like half done job with frizzy hair" from them.
