Went to Bella s for a hair cut and facial. Yolo is the boss she is professional and I was so impressed with my new hairstyle. The lady who done my facial was patient and,made me feel comfortable. Staff are sweet and gave a warm welcome x

Sunbeds doesnot work properly. Instead of 10 min a got 9. Staff knows about it but they pretend that it is fine! Rip off!
Hairdresser-no experience at all. Been there once, never again. Avoid at all costs!

Booked at 17:05 came 10 minutes earlier. Two ladies were already doing their hair. The only employee told me to take a seat. I was waiting for my appointment time but as the minutes were passing it was clear that I won't be served at my booked time. Finally when the lady finished she told the person that was sat next to me to proceed even though I came first. Will not book here anymore it's obviously understaffed and it doesn't seem so clean.

***Update***Been coming here to use sunbed for ages but this time I popped in I also decided to do my nails. Impulsive decision and the lady was free. She did a great job, neat, tidy and quick.
Unfortunately, there is one nasty member of staff who's can ruin all experience for you. Be careful if you go to sunbed on a purchased 60min voucher, she will mark your minutes with random letters and you'll just get lost when counting remaining minutes on your voucher especially if you use your minutes occasionally and don't remember every single visit and number of minutes spent.

Blonde polish lady is very nice and reasonable though.

Went for colouring and hair cut.
Very professional and passionate staff with long experience in the field.
Very happy with the job done and highly recommend the salon to everyone.

Manipulation, lack of credibility and bad treatment of the worker there, at first she said that I called and canceled the appointment and I did not. Then when requesting the service, which is a long hair cut with washing at a price of 25 pounds according to the specified prices and the code when booking, she asked me before starting 35 pounds to cut hair only Without washing !! When arguing that the specified price is not the same, she said that what is meant is that the price starts from 25 !!! With no explanation or writing on the site 👎🏻

Not busy, small but cosy place, been going here regularly for quite a few years now and Anna always provides a good service, recently went up in price but still rather affordable, highly recommend

Untrustworthy I have spoken to the owner and he probably work in there, booked an appointment to dress my hair and he know what do and I have explained to him what to do and he does agree and gave me appointments and I gave him a call to double check the appointment while I’m in the Uber heading to him he asked me for £110 and when I arrived he tell me the price is £170 after discount..!!! Then showed up that he does not have the product that I have asked him for. Terrible communicating and less knowledgeable of what they do
