I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to let people know how good I felt and how good this salon is!!
I visited the salon recently and had a really lovely afternoon. Not only did I came out of there with a fantastic new style I also felt like a million dollars. They were so friendly and gave me an Aveda hand ritual. From the moment I entered to the time I left I was really well looked after, Tea Paper and a cheeky chocolate.
Will be back in 6 weeks!!

Best hair cut and colour by Helen , hair looks and feels amazing after a balayage. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Not only is she kind and considerate but she will make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. Never disappoints!

I had my hair coloured by the lovely Helen and I couldn’t be happier... I don’t trust many people with my hair after bad experiences at other salons, Helen made me feel at ease straight away, and now she has a customer for life with me. Highly recommend

I thought i would try this salon as it had positive reviews and was one of the only salons near me to offer the Aveda hair colour system. I was very disappointed as i was rushed out of the salon with wet hair and told that although the colour wasn't showing at that moment, it would develop and i would notice it once it had dried. My hair which was meant to be a deep burgundy was still dark brown and showed the faintest hint of purple if i stood in the sun. Considering the prices they charge i expected better. I would not recommend to a friend and i definitely wouldn't return. I did however receive a nice hand massage and that is why it gets one star from me.

I've just noticed there was a reply and I'm very disappointed in the blatant lies. I was rushed as it was close to closing time and the stylist wanted to go home so sent me home with wet hair and gave me nonsense about it being best to air dry. I didn't call in, let alone speak to the owner and had i been offered the opportunity to rectify i would have jumped at the chance as i was a poor student and single mother at the time. Very disappointed, not only in the service but now the owner's reply. As a digital marketer i can advise you that lying and putting the blame on a customer providing honest feedback won't do anything for your digital brand image.

I’ve been to Pure a couple of times now. I was not very happy the first times but I thought I’d give it another chance and see someone else. Carol is the reason i will go back again and recommend her to everyone. She is very friendly and professional. She cares about the details and she doesn’t rush you out of the door. Already recommended 😊 Thank you Carol!!

Amazing staff everyone was so friendly got exactly the colour I wanted by Helen would recommend!

I had haircut and colour by Helen and I'm really happy. She is amazing at her job and so lovely. The rest of the team are also fantastic and there is always a friendly voice on the phone. They take covid safety seriously so I felt really comfortable coming into the salon. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pure Enfield without any hesitation.
