Saks Hair & Beauty Harrow

I had my hair cut and blow-dried today by the manager and the whole experience was lovely. She was really friendly and welcoming (not all salons are like this!) and more importantly took the time to ask me questions and understand what I wanted before starting anything. Really impressed and so pleased I've found somewhere local with experienced and knowledgeable people that I can trust. I'm already thinking of going back for a colour.

Always guaranteed a great cut and the staff are brilliant - friendly, professional and they really care about their clients. I can't believe some of the reviews I've read on here!

Over the past few years I have had haircuts, colours, facials, treatments - the works! Never once have I been treated badly or spoken to in a rude way - quite the opposite.

Please ignore the bad reviews on here, you won't regret it!!

I had my hair cut and highlighted a few days ago at Saks by Marie and I absolutely love my new hair style!! I was open to suggestions and followed Marie's advise, and I'm pleased to say that she's done a fab job! I found all the staff in the salon to be really friendly and helpful. The girl who washed my hair also did a lovely job. I would definitely recommend the salon and I will be going back the next time my hair needs doing. Thanks again Marie

We booked an appointment for another salon, but walked out after being mistreated. Saks booked us, seeing how upset we were and regardless of not booking an appointment. Their atmosphere was friendly and they genuinely talked to their customers nicely. We loved our haircuts, it was a great first experience.

They initially told me additional £30 will be charged for new customer (in addition to my other hair treatment) for hair cut, wash and dry blow but after i have added this service and came for it, the hairdresser told me they could only trim my hair and not hair cut. If this is so, i wont have used their service. When making payment, they said machine broken and i paid £65 cash and told her will withdraw the rest from machine, she asked me to leave my mobile with her. No customer care at all! My first time to this salona n the last time.

I went for the 1st time at SAKS Harrow for my daughter's haircut. I am so impressed with April ( Stylist name ). She did such a excellent job. I booked it for my haircut with her too now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my £52 haircut. I showed photos of the haircut I wanted. The hairstylist seemed confident that she could do it but also recommended a colleague for being great with short hair and colouring. I said that I'm happy to stick with her since she seemed like she could do it too.

Now, I wish she would have said from the start that she was not able to do the haircut. While I appreciated her taking almost an hour to give me a trim, I feel that I should not have been charged for a full haircut.

I spent £52 and my hair literally looks the same as before.

I got a haircut a couple of weeks ago after nearly 1.5 years from Saks, it was very neatly and professionally done by Ms April. She was too gentle with my hair even while washing, cutting and styling. Thank you April for making me feel really comfortable there. ❤️👍❤️
