The Lounge

I've been here several times and I'm always really happy with the cut and finish. Ian gives a warm welcome and does an amazing job of interpreting my requests (despite my vague descriptions). I have complete confidence in him. Decor is fab too.

My mum (72) had her hair done by Ian today, he was so brilliant! Her hair looked amazing! She had a stroke a while back and can be a little "difficult to please" some days, but he was an absolute star with her! He offered to put hair spray on and she said absolutely no! ..got to the car and she said " he could of at least put hair spray in"! 😅 love her. 🥰 but he kept her chatting and did literally amazing things with her hair..she looks 10 years younger. We will definitely be back! 5 stars from us. And i will be getting my hair done there too in future.

I was introduced to The lounge and Ian by my sister. This is my fourth time of visiting the lounge and l will be using this hair stylist all the time now.
Ian is an amazing hair stylist, my husband even commented on my hair, saying how lovely it looked.
Ian knows his job and is top of his game.
He is friendly and it is just a lovely, friendly atmosphere.

I had my hair dyed red today and cut. Have to say this place is fantastic! The salon has a very warm and friendly feel. I am used to high end salons. The hairdressers are very knowledgeable and was super please with the outcome. Think, I have now found my regular 🥰

This was my 2nd visit to Ian at The Lounge, and this time I took my 14 year old daughter with me for a restyle.

My colour was great, Ian has so much experience, he knows exactly what’s what.

My 14 year old is a typical teenager, nothing much makes her smile, however, I have not seen her smile so much as when she saw her finished cut! She was thrilled and cannot wait to show all her friends at school.

Best hair salon in East London right here in sunny Dagenham

This was my first trip to the Lounge after I read all the reviews on google and both the salon and the hairstylist- Ian did not disappoint me. The service was excellent. Ian hears you out and gives you exactly what you want. I have found my hairdresser in London. I walked out looking like a million bucks!
