Poor customer service, turned up and the hairdresser wasn't there. When she turned up she told me she couldn't do my hair due to another appointment and then the receptionist didn't sympathise and told me I should have called to ensure my appointment was still going ahead.

Shocked to say the least.

My advice regarding this shop, is to not spend your money there. The woman in the shop was very rude, and when I spoke to the owner about it, he was as well! Avoid. And now I see he's trying to twist the story around. I went in to BUY, NOT sell. Silly!

Absolutely Fabulous hair salon! Could be missed, as it's tucked away at the back of the eccentric vintage clothes shop. Gary is a great stylist, creative with attention to detail, transformed my hair. Highly recommend
