Went here a few months ago. Already had a golden brown half balayage (the colour was only on the ends of my hair) which was done last year at the Toni and Guy Academy in London. I wanted to change the colour to blonde. I had communicated with a trainee via gumtree about a discounted colour but she didn't show up on the day due to technical problems so the lovely Lydia took over my hair. In the end I now have an awesome blonde ombre which I love. Lydia was amazing and even gave me a relaxing head massage when she conditioned my hair. She told me after she had finished this was the first time she had ever done someone's hair! I couldn't believe it! She did a fab job and I love it! :)

Janina gave me the hair cut of my life, I'm not going anywhere else now. Terry works magic with colour. These guys are the absolute best - they are very straight forward with what's best and what's not, and a delight to be around. Cannot wait for an excuse to come back.

The most unprofessional and painful blow dry I have ever had. Got fingers stuck into my face, brush entangled in my hair, dryer way too hot given it was held so close to my scalp. Colour service mediocre this time, no coverage whatsoever. The only service I'd return for here is the haircut with Claire. She's done a brilliant job, listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly.

I was highly looked after, an example of this is that i had my own coffee cafetière!
As I guy I’ve got options for cheaper haircuts if I go more regularly too (every 3 weeks).
Would highly recommend.

Great haircut again today. Such nice and friendly staff. I always go in and never know what style to have but they talk you through options and Give great advice. Always come out with something i love.

This is my regular spot in the City for a blowdry. I find the atmosphere cosy and the staff is very welcoming. I always have the best head wash here, very relaxing (which is what I look for). Last time Jinina was superb!

AWFUL customer service. Do NOT book your haircuts here!!! You’d think with Toni & Guy branches closing left right and centre that this branch would make the effort to retain customers! The centra reservation call centre is completely shambolic and they can never actually get in touch with the salon directly so they just don’t talk to each other. They text me a few hours before my appointment saying they would be charging me an extra £10 because my hair was long! Wow I have never been made to feel like an inconvenience to be honest. They wouldn’t let me cancel the appointment without charging me because it was within 24 hours, even though they had changed the terms of the haircut a few hours in advance. I left very early this morning to get there for the 7.30am appointment and no one even opened the store till 7.40am and then proceeded to tell me that the central reservations team had cancelled my appointment. What a joke. I will be going back to my local hairdresser in the South East who know how to provide good customer service. Ombudsmen here we come. Bye Toni & Guy, you will soon cease to be a fixture on the high streets completely.

I went to get some hair products. Salon is supposed to close at 20:30 and receptionist couldn’t sell any products because he closed the tills 45 mins earlier (19:45) I would have loved to know this before making my way to a salon is not even “open” even though there is people inside (?) Not professional at all.
