I’ve had my hair done twice by Bryony now and both occasions she has worked absolute wonders! My hair looks and feels amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the end result it is exactly what I imagined! Bryony was extremely attentive when I was telling her what I wanted and she advised me on what was best for my hair. She is very professional and an excellent hairdresser. Highly recommend 😘

I went here twice and unfortunately didn't leave with a great impression. The first time was my worst haircut - lopsided at the back as was my fringe. The error wasn't noted until I next washed my hair as they styled it. The salon was very sorry and offered to fix it up, which worked out fine. I decided to give them a second chance and went with the head stylist. I have noticed a change in my hair texture and wanted some advice (which I was told via email that my stylist would be able to help me.) Not only we're they clueless in advice but told me I'll have to fix my fringe when I get home because the way they styled my hair was different to how I usually style it. Ironically they also mentioned that my layers were all over the place and was cut weirdly...

I went to the salon and was unsure about what I wanted done with my hair. Leah did a excellent job and was extremely friendly throughout, so was her colleague. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone as the staff are extremely kind, friendly and provide a high quality service. 10/10

Great service first time my mum has been here. Mums currently in a wheel chair, I booked the appointment for her and everyone was so accommodating. When we arrived all the staff was very helpful. Top marks for Jess as this was a big day for mum and not only did she look after her but she made her feel at ease and look beautiful. Thanks all

I have used this hair salon for a few years now and the first few times I had a really great experience and now it’s really not that great; each time I go I usually get the roots bleached and no cut and each time it’s a different price ! I know different people charge differently but £110 for just bleach and toner is crazy, especially with no cut? Also not made aware of the prices before they do it. Once they said “£125” and I had to recall and say “last time it was £110” and she brushed it off and said okay no worries. I know prices have gone up since covid but before it was literally £50 cheaper. I think they’re fooling people a bit here.

I'm happy with my colour most of the time however over the past few months I've experienced the worst hair washes I've ever had. The hair wash is the part of the service that I look forward to the most and I now dread it because it is literally like torture, my eyes stream from the pain. It's not just 1 person as I've had many different people wash my hair now and they're all so rushy and pully. Brendan done it a few days ago and while he was nattering away to the other hairdressers, he was taking no notice of how I was reacting (putting my hand up, pulling my head away from him because it was so rough!) I love a good head scrub but this is not it. I was so angry after my wash just felt stressed and rushed, then when it comes to combing wet hair - they start from the top of the head and pull down, I was always told to start from the bottom and edge up to avoid breakage. He then had the cheek to say he'll put some damage protection on my hair - I was thinking 'you're the one damaging it'. What ever happened to calm, relaxing, nice hair washes? I thought it was just me but turns out it's not after speaking to couple of other people who go here. Ladies please do something about the hair washes because it's making me want to go elsewhere.
