Sophie was great, friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and knew what I wanted despite me forgetting the pictures! I absolutely love the cut.
Other positives: the salon has two late nights. It's beautiful and clean. They offer other services.
I'm impulsive so I love that they fit me in at short notice.

My scalp reacted to the shampoo/conditioner (itching and rash) I'm including this for information only, I still give the salon five stars as it was such a good experience overall.

Had my hair coloured and cut by Sophie. Really enjoyed the experience, felt really comfortable in the salon and Sophie was great helping me with the colour choice. She really wanted me to be happy with my hair which looked beautiful after she had blow dried it. I would definitely recommend this salon, I think it was great value for money too.

I’ve been going here for about 18 months and I’m just sorry i haven’t written this review sooner. After some beyond disappointing colour experiences elsewhere I tried to find a colour specialist in the area and I found Luxhair. Ironically, the last hair dye experience I had made me reevaluate everything and I decided to stop colouring my hair! Every time I visit the response I have to my natural hair colour is just lovely. So many hairdressers I’ve spoken to turn their noses up at the decision to stop dying my hair and don’t even try to understand it. These amazing girls don’t even hint at a negative opinion of it. They encourage it, they praise it, they bolster me and they give me the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Throughout my transition to my natural salt and pepper colour I’ve left this salon feeling brilliant and with hair to be proud of, something I never expected! I can’t thank Sadie enough for her time and care and her naturally accepting attitude.

I could never let anyone else do my hair! Been going here since the salon opened and I can honestly say it is the best! Will be going as soon as the doors open again!!!!! Always the best experience, Sophie always gets my hair the way I want it. Highly recommend this salon x

Sadie originally took me from red to a beige blonde balayage. A year later she has completely transformed my hair again with a balyage refresh which has knocked out all the brass! Amazed.
Probably wouldn’t go anywhere else for a balyage, results are 10/10

I booked the wrong kind of appointment and when I went in the staff kindly informed of what i should have booked for and was very helpful in rebooking my appointment and with the proper stylist for my needs. Sadie was very helpful and attentive; she knew what i was going for since I badly needed a complete mew hairstyle. My hair was long, frizzy and i was just in need of a change and Sadie, thankfully, helped me ease into it. All in all a very great experience. Will plan to come again next time!

Wow wow wow.
I popped into the salon and Sophie did a patch test on me and talked me through how to book online and said to book with Sadie as I wanted my long hair cut into a pixie cut and coloured. Booking was easy.
As my appointment got closer I started to chicken out of going so drastic even though I have done it before, but never with a new hairdresser.
From the minute I walked in Sadie was fantastic, lovely, friendly and totally professional.
I showed Sadie a photograph from 25 years ago laughing that I know she’s not a miracle worker!!
Omgoodness how wrong I was!! Sadie is a Total Miracle Worker.
We discussed the colour and I took her advice and I was so right to.
Sadie looked at the photograph and immediately I knew she was an expert and could do the cut exactly as I wanted, I also knew that she wasn’t flattering me and if she thought it was the wrong cut or not for me she would have told me.
Having chopped a good few inches off and put the colour on we had a lovely chat and waited for the exciting first part of my transformation.
The wait was over and the colour was gorgeous, I loved it but as we both said wait till it’s dry. Oh yes I loved it even more ever second it dried, Sadie chose so well. Warm and compliments my eyes. Sadie actually said whilst cutting my hair omgoodness look at your eyes the colour is really coming out.
The back cut and I can honestly say that I have never ever watched such an amazing artist at work on my hair. (I’ve had all manner of styles over the years) Sadie is a real artist and an extremely talented one at that.
I just kept saying omgoodness I love it I love it even half way through.
My hair went from long, below shoulders with grown out balayage to short pixie warm copper in a few hours with Sadie’s magic hands!!
I can’t express how happy I am.
I rang my partner and told him I’d chickened out and then met him with my hood up and ta da off came my hood and he was amazed, he couldn’t believe what an amazing cut I’d had or how the colour was soft and complimented my skin tone and eyes. He just spent all night smiling and saying I love it I love it. Sadie’s done amazing job you look amazing!!
