Had my first visit to the salon and was so impressed. Lauren really helped advising me what we could do color wise and it looks fantastic. Beth gave the best blow dry. Thank you ladies and I’ll definitely be back!

I had my hair colouring with Beth and cut and blowdry with Lauren. They were amazing. Very professional. This is my very first hair colouring experience with a hair dresser. I was very happy with the whole experience. From now, they are going to be my regular hair dresser and for my son too.

Just had my hair cut by the lovely Lauren. She was amazing and asked me exactly what I was looking for and had excellent knowledge of all the products she was going to use, even asking if I was happy that she was going to use them. The salon and all the staff were friendly and attentive and I have already booked my next appointment.

Despite cancelling due to illness 30 hours before my appointment, didn’t get my deposit back. Nowhere did it mention i would have to cancel 48 hours or more, I also booked my appointment 48 hours before the date so this wouldn’t have been possible. Have had my haircut here before but would not go back.

The staff are just so lovely and I'm always very happy how they do my hair x

Sarah is a hair genius! I do find it a tad expensive but it's better than settling for a haircut you are not completely happy with .Sarah really knows her stuff xx

Melvyn cuts my hair and Vera colours it, together they are the perfect team. Always friendly and professional with lots of interesting conversation, they are an asset to Francesco Group Christchurch. Melvyn has a Vidal Sassoon background, his cutting and styling is 100% the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I discovered Fransecos in Christchurch lately.
Everybody there is welcoming and friendly.
I got one of my best haircuts there, with Nina.
So yes! I recommend it.
