Absolutely disgusting service. Never been to such a disgusting hairdressers before. My child was taken to hospital and I couldn't attend my appointment. These people then decided to block me because they felt I had wasted their time. I was in hospital with my child on the day I had an appointment and they then said I should have informed them I wouldn't be able to make the appointment. They then went on to block me from booking any further appointments. Absolutely disgusting. The owner Sam I believe she then claimed they had no appointments till November even though their website showed appointments the day after I was attempting to book for.

Liked the eclectic decor and background music very much. Parking is limited as is the menu, but the food was tasty and service was good.
Please be advised that the small plates are exactly that, and nowhere near value for money - they are not even starter sizes. If they were priced cheaper, customers would be able to have two or three in a tapas style, but you'd need to take out a mortgage for their current prices.
Not sure I'd go back as there are better places which represent better value for money.

I have previously been very happy with the service received at this Salon but today asked them to honour a £50 voucher a month out of date and they were unable to consider accommodating this request despite being primarily a female workplace whom I am sure in time will experience the difficulty of organising any small luxuries around two babies! Disappointing to say the least, particularly as I would have been happy with the quiet time after Christmas. Won’t be visiting again.

The curl lounge with Michaela is the best place for curly hair. Knowledgeable advice, friendly atmosphere, super products and reasonable prices. My hair loves it!

Chloe has been doing my nails ever since she started working at 81 rose garden and I have never come out disappointed! She does an amazing job and the salon is such a relaxing place, with friendly staff:)

I never leave negative reviews but me and my mum have been going to this salon for over a year now (very frequently) and today I experienced the worst customer service I think I ever have, I called the salon up to let them know I was estimated to be 10/15 minutes late as there was a crash on my way & traffic everywhere - they said it was fine and I would have a call back with any issues, when I didn't receive a call back I thought everything would be ok, once I arrived to the salon I was turned away as they "didn't have time for me" even though I had an 1hr 15 minute time slot on Fresha (the booking app they use). I soon found out my appointment time has been edited to 30 minutes and I had only 15 minutes left of my appointment, once I explained it is my BIRTHDAY TOMORROW and I needed squeezing in I was shown no sympathy and to be honest felt Sam (the manager) couldn't care less, I will not be returning and all my future appointments have been cancelled. If you cannot help me and fit me in for 30 minutes after we have been such loyal customers to you for 18 months, then you obviously do not need my custom.

Absolutely lovely therapists, staff and wonderful atmosphere. I returned today for a pedicure after having my hair cut a couple of weeks ago. Can't wait to go back in fact already booked in for next treatment. Excited! Thanks Girls! Keep up the Magic!

Made an appointment, turned up at 9.00 to be told it had been cancelled although no one could tell me why. 3 days before Christmas. Was told by the lady on reception she would call me back during the day (assured me she definitely would) to see if they could fit me in at some point. She never called. Not good enough.
Would not go back. Would not recommend.
