The owner went above and beyond..... Although they were fully booked before Christmas 🎄 she managed to squeeze my daughter in on what was one of their busiest times..... And done a fantastic job # Lily-may Trimmings.... ♥

Really friendly and great service. I would definitely recommend. I was so impressed. I and my partner took our 1 and a half year old twins in to get my son's hair cut (the other one didn't need it). Elements took the appointment at the last minute and changed the time when we needed it. When my son didn't want to sit in the seat, the hairdresser literally cut his hair while he was on the move - like exploring the steps in the middle of the shop. And it was a good hair cut. My son was happy as he wasn't penned in a chair and got a great cut. So professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you, Elements.

It's always a great experience going to Elements. The staff are fun, friendly and professional & the surroundings are calming and spa-like. Excellent service from everyone, always a pleasure to go there.

Inexperienced, unsupervised staff and very poor quality colour service for an Aveda salon! I won't be going back

Incredibly disappointed. I am a naturally strawberry blonde, so I don't usually do anything to my hair as I really want to look after it. After placing my trust in new hair dressers after years of not touching my hair, and finally having my colour back.. I was very excited to try it out. All I wanted was a lift of my natural colour. However the colour came out BRIGHT tomato red, completely going against my wishes and ruining my natural colour.

The hairdresser who attended me refused to do anything, and after seeing the hair was striped with orange and red, she decided to tone the top red to make it even as it wasn't even the same colour post colour treatment.

After going to a different hair dressers, and seeing how appalled they were, they told me to purchase head & shoulders shampoo to strip away the colour. Which I did. More than 15 times that same day. And each and every time, bundles of red tint came out of my hair....

I now have to wait a month or more.. before anything else can be done. I was charged every penny for this, and on top of the bad service have Ariel the mermaid looking hair which is completely unnatural, NOTHING like the photo I showed them and the detail I explained.

I am not only disappointed but will be recommending people to NOT go there as it's hugely misleading.

My friend who also went with me was disappointed with her treatment, as they didn't even ask her what shade she wanted, they just went for it.

Gina has always cut my hair exactly as I've asked..& theyve been great cuts keeping its shape for a long time. I would highly recommend Gina as a lovely hairdresser..& always appreciate the complimentary coffee! Fab salon thank you!

Sign of a good company - My Daughter had here hair coloured here and was not entirely happy with it, so we went back and explained to the manager who was fantastic and re did her hair so she was happy, I believe the sign of a great company is not how well they deal with you when everything is good its how well they deal with you when there is a problem and these guys were outstanding thank you.
