I am happy to have found this salon. I had a very pleasant visit with a lovely hairstylist. Everyone I interacted with was kind, and professional. I went for a haircut and walked away very pleased.

I had my hair cut here, never again. I asked for a simple short pixie cut, showed a picture that clearly shows what I wanted (it was a picture of me with how I normally have it) and came out with it looking nothing like my normal hair cut. The lady who washed my hair was lovely, however the rest of the staff were hardly welcoming. Stay clear!

The young girl cut behind my ears after asking her to do it pointed down a pixie look and she shaved it right up above my ear. It obviously could not be rectified and still charged me £28 disgusting, never going there again.😡 not even cut how I wanted it. So 😩 upset

Super lovely staff, very attentive. I’ve been going here just over a year and have had 3 different stylists, all 3 are very well trained, even had newly trained, all extremely competent and just lovely. Always very happy with my doo.

thinking for a place or a new hairdressers, I did and decided to give this place a try, the staff there are amazing! Thank you to Amie for cutting my hair and styling it! Highly recommended! x

I didn’t have an appointment, just walked in and had my hair washed and styled by a ‘designer’ don’t know her name, young with pink hair. Very professional and friendly, did exactly what I wanted and even gave me advice on my daughters hair. Lovely coffee and free WiFi, a good experience.

I went there for the first time to get a haircut. Overall, I didn’t feel happy with the way the stylist who was supposed to cut my hair provided me the service. I have very long hair. Midway, somebody else was asked ( I think a senior stylist) to cut my hair because she felt it would take a lot of time and didn’t seem interested in doing it. The other person who finally gave me a haircut did it nicely. But they charged me 10 pounds extra because they felt my hair was too long half way through which I told/showed to them as soon as I entered (and moreover putting it on me that I didn’t tell them over a phone call where their main focus was only on booking an appointment). Paid the price because I didn’t want them to make a mess of my hair but not the right way to deal with any customer.

I have never had a bad experience at the Hair Lab. Katie is so friendly and always cuts and styles my hair really well. I would highly recommend anyone going here.
