Me and my daughter ruby came today for a pre-holiday pamper 😎👩‍👧 what a fabulous experience we had!!! The staff went above and beyond what's expected and the quality of work is outstanding!!! Absolutely brilliant I would definitely recommend everyone to come here!!! Very stunning environment to be pampered in too. Well done to Becky and all her girls especially Sara!! I booked a hair colour and cut weeks in advance in readiness for a friend's birthday. As I walked through the door they told me that I had not had a recent colour test & so could only have a cut & blow dry.
I'm extremely disappointed.
When I booked the appointment I had a long conversation about my colour & at no point did they ask me about a skin test. If they had been more organised and looked in advance I could have been informed that I needed a skin test avoiding wasting my time and theirs. I had been a previous customer and they had my details!
To be fair they did offer me an alternative appointment but with a different hair dresser. I normally am a great supporter of local businesses but this is not on... especially when I had booked time off and did not have the children. Not impressed and won't be going back.

Don't pay staff final pay and use courses as an excuse though don't pay for your wage on said course days. Hold back holiday pay too and you have to wait for them to sort things. Don't recommend working here

I had gotten used to going here and was very pleased although very costly i stayed with the same stylist, until the lady i wanted wasnt in the day i was off work so booked with a different girl. She was nice but ragged my head to bits when combing, back combed my hair which i said i dont have it done, i asked for ash toner which is what I have everytime she did her own mixture of choice, never asked me how i wanted my hair cutting just chopped the bottom bit off and shaped around the face then whacked a load of mousse in my hair without even asking which i never have either! I had been there over 4 hours and i was over charged aswell and know i was because when i booked i got the price including olaplex!! I wont be coming back to this salon now which is a shame but i didnt get what i asked for my hair is ruined and ive got to get it cut again and have more toner applied because its yellow and like straw!

I really struggle writing this review as I think it’s more the person not the whole place. Turned up for an eyelash appt, not greeted just told to sit and wait, then from behind me the person who was going to do my lashes shouted you can come over now…she had a horrendous cold, a week before Christmas and she just told me to lie down, I stopped and said what I wanted and she said I don’t have those so I’ll do what I can so I agreed but if I hadn’t even chatted she wouldn’t have consulted me at all and I’ve never been there. For 45 minutes she sneezed on me, grunted constantly and carried out her work. After 45 minutes she said you’re all done! This was for a full set of classic lashes! I’ve had lash technicians be quick in the past to the tune of 1.5 hours but never this quick. I looked in the mirror and I’d basically got spiders legs, no more than about 20 lashes on each eye. I told her how unhappy I was but she still proceeded to tell me I had to pay for her time and the products she had used that day. I went back 24 hours later to have them removed by a colleague, I was told as they’d just been done it could take 20 mins to remove them, needless to say it took about 5. I don’t think this persons day or work reflected very well on this business at all and I was terribly disappointed. I won’t be returning as I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
