I had an appointment booked here on the 12th December 2019 at 2.30pm the girl who bleached my hair was the same girl that had done it previously however on this occasion she applied a lot of heat to it, when she came to washing and combing through my hair my hair started snapping to the point my hair had to be cut to shoulder length when my hair was past my lower back. This thinned my hair out due to the snapping. I raised a complaint through the website and to this day I got no response it’s been almost two years and my hair has still not recovered from the over bleaching and heat she put on it. I wouldn’t recommend going here, they clearly don’t know what their doing , as when I went to other salons they made it clear if it is a colour change from a dark to a light colour, heat shouldn’t be applied to stop the hair getting damaged. This branch also deals with a majority Caucasian client base and don’t think they bother understanding Asian or Afro Caribbean hair types.

Very good experience at the KH salon today, it was my first time going to the salon and the service provided was fantastic. My hairdresser Izzy did a lovely job with my hair and did exactly as I had requested. Very professional service and have already booked in to return to the salon!

Today was my first time in the saloon and I'm very happy with the service. Laura has done everything exactly as I asked. The receptionist lady was very helpful and accomodating. I recommend this saloon to everyone. Well done, brilliant work. Thank you 😊

I went today and got a cut and blow dry with Tiana, she was absolutely lovely, so kind and really gentle with my hair, she gave me exactly the cut that I wanted and i am so happy with my hair

I needed a haircut in line with my previous haircut. Regardless of the numerous indications I gave to the hairdresser , I came out with a very weird haircut and totally different than my previous haircut. No string of hair has the same lengths as the other , there’s 3 different lenghts only by looking at it from the side. I basically feel like I was used for practice in a hair styling school.

Came in today and seen Sianna and Helen for the first time and they did not disappoint! so happy with my new hair and all the hard work they put into creating my new look. All the staff at KH made me feel welcome, I’ll certainly be back - thank you xXx
