Friendly and welcoming everytime I go. I have my nails done by Laura, who is lovely and bubbly. She always listens to what I like and makes sure I'm happy with my service. I've tried lots of other places but this place is the one for me. They now have Beth who is fab at nails and massages. They do hair and I know they also do that very well. Highly recommended 😁 and very reasonably priced.

I went here while I was on vacation from Canada, first time getting nail extensions and it was a great experience. I called the day of to see if I could get an appointment and they we're available, I did have to wait 20-30 mins from my appointment time but I didn't mind.

I'm very happy with my nails, I've had them for over 3 weeks now and no breaks/chips, only natural nail growth that'll need to be filled soon.
(so now I'm trying to find somewhere as good in Toronto)
I was afraid of being cut while getting them done as I've heard horror stories, but the girl who did my nails was gentle and enjoyable to talk to too. Just an overall great experience and hoping to be back there next time I visit the UK!
