Anna is a fantastic hairdresser, so experienced and highly qualified with a Masters in hair colouring! She does an absolutely amazing job with my hair, and I won’t go to anybody else! My daughter also goes to her as she had a scary colouring disaster recently and I said to go to Anna and she will correct it for you, again she was brilliant and corrected the colour, my daughter was so happy! The salon is lovely, and Anna is so friendly and professional - I highly recommend!

I love visiting The Scissor Psychologist you are always made to feel so welcome. Emma has done my hair for years now, she is so talented and you always leave feeling thoroughly pampered. She takes the time to listen to what you want and is happy to recommend what will suit you and compliment your lifestyle. I have been to Anna at the Scissor Psychologist twice now and both times I have left feeling absolutely amazing. I felt truly pampered, the salon is lovely and bright and welcoming, the vibrating chairs whilst you have your hair washed are heaven and Anna made my hair look fantastic - what more could you ask for? I had an appointment today at 17:15. I rang and asked if they can arrange an early appointment if it is possible as I understand they are in demand and are always busy. They certainly were helpful and provided early appointment which saved me a lot of time. The team is fabulous as always. I got an appointment with Yuliia. She is very passionate about her art and what she does. She is excellent. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. This is the best place in the city to get a haircut. I go to Anna for my hair colour, cut and Brazilian blow dry. She is amazing, been with her forever because she does such a fab job with my hair! really can’t recommend her enough.

Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere as well as it being a clean and tidy. The best place I have ever had my hair cut after visiting several salons in my lifetime, Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the a hairdresser in the Chester area.

Can’t recommend Emma and team highly enough. I always have a great experience when visiting and feel fabulous when I leave. All of the staff are really friendly and professional, the salon is great and the quality of the styling is fantastic!

I called in this morning to see if they could fit me in at short notice and yes they could!
The lovely Yulia did an amazing job at tidying my hair up and the head massage during the wash was absolute heaven along with the massage chair.
