Generally don't have to wait after my appointment time.
I don't have easy hair, its long and curly so I tend to only go where I trust them not to take too much off!

Susie cut and blow dried my hair. Very pleased for my holiday. Friendly place and felt looked after. Had a skin test for colour. Busy atmosphere - worth a treat.

Really happy with the service and quality of haircut I received here. My stylist Jade was friendly and professional. Love my new 'do!

Have been so disappointed with the salon. There have been issues with 3 out of my last four appointments. One was cancelled last minute a few hours before I was due. Two where I’ve been booked for roots and foils and I’ve arrived to say they only booked the root colour. Each time I’ve found the staff unhelpful and keen to blame me. I had a sense they were doing me a favour letting me have an appointment at all. Today I left in tears having voted with my feet and left without anything being done. It’s supposed to be a treat!

Amy has been cutting my hair for over a year and always delivers an exceptional service, couldn’t recommend her more.

The coloring was fine, when I showed her the picture what I wanted , of a model with curly hair she said that she couldn't do it but my hair is naturally wavey, I also said not to blow dry it straight but she did, I'm very disappointed and upset that I didn't get what I wanted for my £120. I will not be returning and will not recommend to any of my friends and family, very unprofessional

*Jade* gave me a fantastic new cut, colour and style to my hair. I love it! It was my third visit to Andrew Collinge, Heswall they’re a friendly, focussed team. It was a great experience overall.
