Absolutely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 12.30pm, and took the time out of my day for this appointment. I went there, and 1 lady was working in there. She said, sorry I don't have time, come back at 5pm. And that was it. Very unprofessional. I was just turned away.

I hadn’t had my hair cut for 3 years due to my social anxiety and I was lucky enough to get Lorraine who booked me in within 24 hours, she made me feel comfortable and welcome and after 37 years shes the only hairdresser who has ever informed me my hair was curly…best thing I ever did was go to Lorraine cause I can now style my hair off her suggestions and yes it is now very curly…thank you Lorraine I will see u next time! And thanks for telling me about my hair I can now get the look I’ve always wanted in 5 mins.

First time using them very polite fitted me in very quickly how I wanted my hair was exactly how it was cut so I'm very happy.

I've used this hairdressers about 5 times now with my young daughter and every time I've been happy with the results. Seems clean and always friendly staff. The woman who done my hair recently was very attentive and spoke well to my child who felt like she was grown up 🤣

Went in for a cut as I haven't had my hair cut in over a year. I wish I hadn't. The lady cutting my hair was lovely but the haircut is shocking. From the back it looks OK, but the front it looks like it's been hacked at. It's cut alot shorter than I wanted but I have to very visible hair lengths right now a Bob and shoulder length I can't wear my hair down until the Bob part has grown longer to be then made into layers to blend. Please AVOID!
