Had a lovely time getting my hair done. Everyone was so friendly and lovely. Chelsea-Jade was very professional and I absolutely love my new hair! Will be returning when it's time for another sort out 🙂

Full head of highlights and cut & blow dry with Laura. This was the first time with Laura and her attention to detail was spot on. She listened to what I wanted as my hair is long & thick. Amazing colour and styled looks great really pleased! Would definitely recommend and will rebook. Thank you 😊

Georgia went above and beyond for my appointment! She took time to really listen and look at my hair before tweaking my colours and giving me a brilliant haircut. She also gave me advice on hair care and styling to help me. Thank you SO much - I really appreciate it and love my “new” hair!!

Lets start with the good - I have been to Samantha Elizabeth Hair Salon 3 times now. I have had Georgia all 3 times and she is fantastic. She is passionate about colour and really takes her time to get it right. Travis is also really lovely, friendly and gives great head massages.

Now for the negative - the last 2 times I have been there I have been told after the colour/cut that the price that I was told or even that I had booked through their website was wrong and that there was more to pay. Georgia's price had gone up, the service I booked didn't include a toner, etc... I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong or trying to get away with paying less (and this was by Samantha!). If the website hasn't been updated, or any email sent re the stylist price increase, how is it right to expect the customer to pay more? Perhaps keeping the website and clients updated would be the professional approach rather than making it the clients fault.

No one wants to be made to feel bad or treated as if they are being difficult when they get their hair done. I have to work hard and save up money for my hair and it's usually something that I look forward to. So sadly no, I wouldn't recommend them nor will I be going back.

Best hairdressers I've ever been to! Generally I dislike having my hair cut, I find it boring and my hair seems to take forever but Ella and the team make it as painless as possible for me. Everyone is really kind and friendly even when I'm late!
Ella cuts, colours & styles my hair bang on every time. When the time comes I hope to be having a shampoo set here!
