Very professional and friendly staff. Got lots of hair and quite curly which makes it really hard to manage but either Paula or Mateo can handle it amazingly. Great on cut and color too. Highly recommended a visit

First time visiting and won't be the last! Fantastic advice from Rachel but also kept in mind what i wanted. Lovely cut and finish- im very happy to have my healthy hair back! Salon was clean and i felt safe with all the covid safety measures in place. Thank you!!

I have been going to ladybirds for several years,loved my haircut experiences with Rachel.Today ,however was disgusted by over 15 minute wait for hairdresser ,but worse observing assistant using an already used hairbrush on her own hair ,which she put back full of hair .She then attempted to use it on me till I pointed out to her what I had observed.I left shortly after being made to wait again....So sad to see deterioration in this once excellent Salon.

As always a warm welcom and of corse came away with great hair cut

Fantastic and helpful. I'm always nervous getting haircuts, but the staff were friendly and reassuring. Will definitely go there again.
