From my first experience to present I would say this place is by far the best!!! All the staff are very pleasant and always ready to achieve the look you're looking for. Toni is the Best.. she makes me feel at home & will always give me the right advice for my hair. Overall..friendly, caring, lovely relaxing salon and hair is worked on down to a "T". Toni never fails to impress me & I always walk out looking like a new person!!! :)

I can’t recommend Toni highly enough. She is very talented and always takes the time to listen to all her clients carefully whatever their age. She takes time and attention to understand what the client would like to achieve whether it be my 14 year old son (who is very particular about his hair and will only allow Toni to touch it!) or myself. We have never been disappointed. Toni’s knowledge is very impressive and she really inspires confidence. The salon is a lovely space and feels very professional with lovely staff.

I've been here maybe 3/4 times and each time was just as good as the last, Toni gives so much time and care to your hair, complete with a good natter. She doesn't screw you out of money and reads your personality and what you want out of the haircut.

Her team are professional and fun too, it's such a relaxing atmosphere when you get there.

I've had to change my appointment and they were really accommodating about it, like it was no bother that I'm an unorganised moron.

From home to home, a 5 star experience whenever I go into the salon. Offers a friendly, caring and personalised service tailored to your needs. I have full trust in all the stylists, and Toni knows me better then I know myself! No job is a tough job, even when they are dealing with the thickest of hair on the hottest day of the year! I feel so relaxed with perfect hair everytime I walk out of the salon. Keep up the great work ladies x

Cheerful and friendly staff, Toni has worked wonders on my hair and I always leave feeling over the moon. The stylish salon has a relaxing and edgy feel to it and is always spotless. I highly recommend this salon to all ages and all hair types as all the staff have the knowledge and experience to make you feel like a new person.

I thoroughly enjoy seeing all the team at Roberts and Gray. Their service, attention to details and environment are second to none. Toni puts me at ease and takes full responsibility for my hair, trust me, i need this! My hair is healthier and in it’s best condition thanks to Toni.
