i have very dark hair and i wanted to go platinum, my roots were all kind of different shades, some still very dark. I am soo happy that they managed to sort out my roots at a much lower price then going to a regular salon. The women that did my hair did so much to achieve the best results. she was very kind and made me feel comfy regarding my sensitive scalp. i am incredibly happy with my hair and am obsessed.

Absolutely buzzing with the experience, nour the stylist was amazing, polite and very professional. When walking in the salon my hair was very dry and thin. Walking out of the salon I feel like a new and refreshed woman. Thank you very much too all the staff at cellys and nour for making me feel comfortable. Also my mother wears a hijab and get her hair done the staff were very understanding and worked within her comfort zone. This was an amazing experience. Thank you all so much

I always had very good service in the salon. They are very professional. I had haircuts, highlights with olaplex treatment. About a week ago I had keratin treatment and I’m very pleased. My hair is so soft, shiny. The best part is that it become straight and doesn’t get curly. I would 100% recommend.

My partner is severely visually impaired and comes to this salon regularly for hair washing and straightening. She also has her funky hair colours put in here often.
Staff are always pleased to see her and pleasant. Always help her to the chair and make life so easy for her at a difficult time.
Today Violeta went the extra mile and fitted her in for her roots and colour during an extremely busy period at the salon.
Excellent service! The best salon in Crawley in our opinion.

I wouldn't visit again worst place ever.

1st of all I was waiting for ages and someone tried to push in.

It took them over 2 hours to colour my hair. Bare in mind I am a male.

The lady said she will dry my hair, She charge me £5 more to do this when I should off payed £16.

She left colour on my skin and face

Avoid at all costs. I will never attend again.

I should get a refund
