They have been fantastic! I walked in very upset after another hairdressers in the area completely hacked and destroyed my hair. I was growing out a pixie cut and it looked awful. They fitted me in, despite it being a busy Saturday, to save a crying lady from being even more upset! They hugely improved the cut and I've been back since for trim/maintainance. They were friendly, professional and are great value for money to boot. I have also tried the Indian head massage (45 min treatment). It was wonderful. I felt fantastic afterwards and the after treatment advice was useful. The only thing that reduced that experience was that a neighbour/tenant upstairs was loud and has the potential to be disturbing of the relaxing treatment. Overall, I cannot praise Shine enough for how well they handled my situation and how much happier I am with my hair as a result!

First time went with my 10 year old daughter, she was very impressed and very happy with her cut, she has said she wants this as her regular hair place and I am very impressed with the service etc Karen is a credit to the company.

Love coming here from Essex Karen and the staff always make me feel welcome. Cracking atmosphere. Shop is spotlessly clean.

For someone who hasn't been to a hairdressers in a long time I felt a bit nervous about it, but aside from a bit of confusion (on my part) at the start, was instantly put at ease. I was taken very good care of and aftercare explained thoroughly, I had a Brazilian blow out, so the instructions were quite indepth. My hair was also cut with the utmost care and attention to my rather vague wishes and the result was better than I could have imagined.
