Ive had my hair done by Holly a few times and each time it was phenomenal. every part of the service was exactly how you would imagine it to be. she was so nice and took into consideration of exactly what i wanted, she told me what was achievable and how long it would take. i had no disappointments. i couldn’t recommend her more <3

I came here because I have seen a lot of good reviews and it’s very close to my house. Was a terrible mistake. All the hairdressers were very inexperienced and not confident about what to do. I asked to have bangs and layered hairs as they were flat and without volume and I wanted to have a change. Nothing crazy to ask for… I showed them a picture, the “hairdresser” made the fringe too short and not even the same length. They didn’t make me pay for it at least but it is really embarrassing for a hair salon to do not even know how to do a simple cut like what I asked for. The person who turned the fringe into a disaster said that they will grow back and then called the manager to help her to fix the situation. If you are not trained enough don’t pretend that you are with the costumers and be honest saying you can’t do that. Dealing with people hair is something serious not a game. Absolute shame.

It's not the first time I've been to the salon doing my highlights and they are always very well welcoming a very beautiful and united team. I felt super good and above all I loved Hellie's work, an excellent professional, very polite. know my hair is not easy because I have curls. but i loved the excellent work that hellie did. I'm super happy thank you

I asked for a light blonde balayage and was really upset with the outcome. It didn’t look like a balayage and the money pieces were almost white and it didn’t blend it with the rest of my hair at all, like I asked for. I also asked for curtain bangs and that wasn’t good either. I asked her to do it diagonally, as she did it straight so it didn’t look like curtain bangs, but she couldn’t as it was now too short. I came back to see what could be done to fix it and they told me that that was the best they could do and they doubted another hairdresser could do better than them. I was embarrassed to go outside and had to pay for another hairdresser to fix my hair which they did perfectly. The hairdresser that did my hair originally is Libby

Amazing hair salon! I did my color correction with highlights and balayage and I fell in love with the result, finally my hair looks better and without color differences. I have a lot of hair and Libby did it for me with a lot of patience and with incredible results, she is so lovely, she did exactly what I wanted and she gave me her advices and ideas to make my hair even better. It was my first time at that salon and I would definitely go back and recommend it, I loved it!

I’ve recently moved to the area and decided on finding a new hairdressers - I booked an appointment online with Ellie, very easy straightforward process. She was lovely and chatty and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. It was a good price and an all round great experience. Will definitely be returning.

I popped in and spoke to Libby and got some advice with how to proceed with some highlights. She fitted me in that week, and I had a fab experience. She was knowledgeable, honest and down to earth. She made you feel comfortable from the moment you arrived. I also met Holly briefly who watched over me while I had the toner on after my highlights. Also very friendly! Thank you all for my fab experience! Really chuffed with the colour 😊

Happy as always!!! My hairdresser is Libby, she is the only one who knows how to treat my hair, specially because it’s very long, dark and curly and with her the results are always the best!!!. In general all the team is very polite and the girls always make sure to give a nice service… Really happy with this salon and particularly with my hairdresser superstar Libby❤️
