Ruby Tuesday

My whole family use this salon. We have always been very satisfied with the service and professionalism. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly and always have plenty of time for you. The salon itself is very comfortable and stylish. Would highly recommend.

As usual, my hair was exactly as requested ( done by Denise) And I don’t have the easiest of hair. Had a lovely hot drink of my choice, a lovely massage and just a lovely relaxing time. 5/5

I always use this hairdressers I go for a drycut and I always get first class service .I always get offered refreshments and always seen promptly .

I always have my hair colored by Denise. I have dark hair but have a red/ginger colour, highlights and root touch up when I go for my appointment.Denise knows exactly what she is doing with the science of hair dy and her style and finish is always perfectly executed, the curles last for days as well as remaining sleek and frizz free. She always uses the right amount of product and educates me on what I should do to keep it looking fantastic for longer. The salons facility's are superb, staff are warm, friendly and welcoming and never keep my waiting.

I had a bit of a bad experience back in September time. It had been my birthday and I was going out. I just required a curly blow dry.
The hairdresser left me waiting for nearly 30 minutes. No offer of a drink. I had to ask for a glass of water.
My hair is very fine and straight so I did ask her to put lots of productd in it to keep the curls in.
She was a nice chatty and friendly hairdresser but no apology for keeping me waiting. I usually go to Colmam and Colman but they were fully booked and recommended Ruby's.
Once finished, my hair looked lovely. The hairdresser insisted that she didnt need to apply lots of productd and just gave it a gentle spray.
Within 10 mins one side of my hair had lost most of the curls!
If I had time I would have gone back to complain and in hindsight should not havd waited for half an hour. They werent even that busy but I was going oit fairly soon after the appointment.
Unfortunately I will not be using or recommending this hairdresser again. Very disappointed!
