Supercuts

The pricing structure is not clear. Was quoted £19.95 on the phone when booking but charged £8 extra when paying. When queried the price I was told I had treatment - they put conditioner on when washing ( they insist they wash your hair due to covid hair cuts used to be £15.95) and they asked if I wanted mouse on after they cut it I wasn't having a blow dry and thought it was included in the price. So I ended up paying the extra. Felt disappointed after being locked down and not having hair done for 5 months I thought I would treat myself.

went to the shop yesterday to have my hair cut , it was great to have it done. very friendly staff as always . but i have one concern and that's was the price i paid, for a wash, cut, blow dry, with no mouse used when styling, it cost me which i have had it the passed £31 55 which i thought was a little steep compared to before lockdown when i had the same with everything used £23 50. so why the price hake .

I have been 3 times now to Supercuts, and have always left with the style I wanted. Lovely Tanya is a great hairstylist, and listens to what you want. I get complimented on my hair nowadays, so cant get better than that. Salon is bright and clean, all covid safe measures are in place, and so easy to book on line. will continue to go there

Also got my nails manicured and gelled whilst my colour was taking - again, delighted with my french manicure :)

I always go here every time I get my hair cut back into a graduated bob. Last time I went a lovely lady called Diane cut it for me. She's a credit to the salon. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it!

been afew times, always been ok, and easy to get appointments. This time though, my cut is not good. it stick out strangley at the back of my head, and even the rest of my bob doesnt look straight. nothing to do but wait for it to grow, and go to another hairdressers, They are very short staffed, and have to stop to answer phone, and make appointments for clients coming in, so feels a bit rushed. Im not happy. wont go back sorry

Very professional and friendly staff and the salon was scrupulously clean and comfortable. My hair was cut and styled by Tanya who is an excellent hairdresser and cut my hair beautifully and exactly to my liking. I will definitely be returning for my next cut and colour.

Really lovely experience here yesterday. I had a wash, cut and blow dry and I am really pleased with the result. The hairstylists were all friendly and very welcoming. I will be refuting for my next haircut.
