Wow, what can I say? Lovely small independent hair salon where all the ladies make you feel welcome and as for the fabulous haircut I've had tonight from Zoe, I'm on cloud 9. 8 inches shorter but it looks amazing and I will be back in a 8 weeks for another cut.

On behalf of a non Google user , community member who is very disillusioned . “Several times I booked Victoria to cut my hair but every time she’s a no show. The poor girls who work there kindly fit me in between clients, which meant I had to wait longer than expected while they finished with their clients. On one occasion a lovely lady cut short her own lunch break to cut my hair!! I felt awful! I asked why Victoria repeatedly doesn’t turn up and even the staff aren’t sure! Great service from the staff though, terrible attitude from the owner.

Booked an appointment for 12, and when I arrived at the time the store wasn't open!
I had no communication or message to cancel or move the appointment.
Completely wasted my time and my day.

The ladies are always great and a great hair cut as well.

Utter shambles of a place... avoid!

Kate trimmed my hair and it was exactly what I wanted. I'd been going to a different "named" salon and Kate confirmed my suspicions that my hair was different lengths on both sides ! Needless to say i won't be going back to the "named" salon ! Small and friendly salon. Would recommend.
