Got the absolute opposite colour that i asked for, despite questioning the colour that the stylist was suggesting. I went in blonde wanting darker blonde highlights and came out brunette....which i specifically said i did not want. So disappointed and will now be going somewhere different to rectify this expensive mistake.

Always friendly, good hairdressing,consistently taking all the appropriate Covid precautions, have now got the track and trace QR code for customers to scan on the way in, saves all the form filling, also had a follow up complimentary fringe trim.

Had whole head of highlights a few year's ago and they managed to get bleach all down the back of my top.
I was told in no uncertain terms that unfortunately it's just one of those things and they wouldn't replace it.
Obviously I haven't been back since.
Recently a lady in my village asked on Cawston residence which salon I would recommend, I therefore told her my personal experience with this establishment for the Director of millennium hair to then be Petty enough to comment and laugh at what I had said ! Yet again conducting themselves professionally I see!

Once again Lynn did a fabulous colour and style for me,always made to. feel welcome by the whole team.
