Lucie is the Queen of hair! Lucie always knows exactly what to do with my hair, I don't have it cut or coloured very often (approx every 6 months) but it lasts and still looks great even 6 months on. I love the vibe at The Loft, you are always made to feel so welcome and looked after. I love that The Loft invests in its staff members too, Izzie has also become a regular with helping out with my hair as it's so long! I love my hair and always come out of the salon feeling a million dollars with so many compliments, so thank you Lucie and Izzie, you are amazing! Thank you for caring about my hair as much as I do, and for giving me a cut and colour that lasts, great value for money in my book! My hair is shiny, healthy, soft and full of life thanks to the lovely ladies at The Loft, your products, knowledge, time and care are second to none.

My daughter had her hair cut by Harriet a few weeks ago and she loved it! I can honestly say my experience was just as fab too! Harriet listens carefully to what you want and seems to instinctively know what will suit you. She is obviously very talented and I’ve already booked my next appointment. The salon is lovely too and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I can definitely highly recommend 😊

Jess was friendly, welcoming and professional today as always. My colour and cut are perfect as Jess always takes time to understand what I am looking for and provides excellent advice. I’ve recently move to the area and was looking for a good hairdresser. I found ‘The Loft’ online and booked to have my hair cut and coloured by Jess yesterday - I am so pleased with both the colour and the hair cut and would highly recommend them. Jess and Fliss are so friendly and welcoming - as soon as you step into the salon it feels like you’re amongst old friends. Jess is considerate and really listens to you before starting your cut or colour. She takes her time and is incredibly good at what she does. I’ve visited the salon twice - once for a cut and more recently for a full balayage and cut and neither time have i been disappointed. The salon itself is clean and the products used smell great. Jess has made me feel amazing with my new hair and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you!

I live in London but will only have my hair done by my incredibly talented friend Jess at her salon The Loft. The experience you receive from start to finish is 5*, and the whole team creates a happy positive vibe in the salon. As a mummy with a 3 year old, The Loft is my happy place, where Jess always gives my hair the TLC it desperately needs accompanied by a glass (or two) of bubbles. She is an amazing colourist and very attentive to clients direction. The fact I drive 4 hours from London to my salon is a testament in itself at how much talent is at The Loft.

I had a great hair appointment. I came in with a wild mane that was bushy and badly cut and left with shiny locks that had been trimmed with excellent detail. The Loft is friendly, welcoming and great with hair advice. Very happy with my experience and will be returning.
