Supercuts Peacocks

Kelly was so patient and friendly with my toddler. This was his first haircut at a salon and he was nervous and crying but she took her time to comfort him and tried out different techniques eg him sitting on my lap versus on a cushion. I was offered a cover when breastfeeding my baby who was getting tired. Will definitely come again

I had my hair done by Kelly and she did an amazing job! It looks exactly the same as when I’ve had it done at more expensive salons. Loved how she cut it too and she was really easy to chat to! Thank you and I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Hairdresser was lovely but the online queuing systen just doesn't work and bring back being able to book. I'm immunosuppressed so what to spend the littlest time possible in town so joined the onoine queuing which said noone was waiting so i went straight there and was then told 4 people were in front of me (walk in and telephone people already booked). Otally unacceptable and I wouldnhavebhad tonwait hourse! So i had to make a fuss to get my haircut which isnt fair on me or the hairdresser. She also told me she has just resigned and the second supercuts hairdresser I've had do this in the last few months. Not surprised it must be a nightmare working there!

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with both queueing system and the haircut itself.

I came in to get a basic trim on the ends. Later during the day I noticed all the layers seems uneven and one side is shorter than another. I went back three days later to have it fixed by the same stylist and it looks a bit more even, but all the hair seem to be at different length anyway.

The queuing system keeps failing and it doesn't show the real waiting time. The system showed 25 mins, one of the stylists said it will be 3h, while in reality I got a text about 40 mins later that I can come. You basically have to make yourself available the whole day, because you never know when you'll get a text and then your slot is free for 5-10 mins. It was fairly cheap, but looks like you pay what you get.

Kelly was amazing today! Went into supercuts for a 90’s style layered hair cut after not having anything more than half an inch removed each time for over 10 years! I was terrified but she was so reassuring and confident. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure she understood exactly what my expectations were before starting to chop! She was so kind, funny & patient! Very talented hair dresser as well. She gave me so much advice on how to promote hair growth & strengthening with my hair! Would definitely recommend!

My GF went to that place, paid £35 ish for just keeping layers (make it layered) and keep the length but what European girl did instead to her was cut it shorter (opposite of she asked), layers been out of the place. Hair brushing was rough especially for the person who is loosing hair as well as applying sticky stuff for hair. You have to be non sensible and non professional with your customers to do that shambles. Cutted ends are still looking “dead” . I know what a decent haircut is as my sister is in top10 stylists and barbers in Russia. Avoid, don’t ever pay if the goods are not provided or are not in the condition that you asked for. If they complain, call the police straight away in case of extortion.

I haven’t used Woking Supercuts for many years due to a bad experience.
I was pleasantly surprised how lovely and attentive Kelly was.
She was on her own and was doing a great job .
I queued for about 40 (I had a wander around the shops) and Kelly was very welcoming.
She listened to me and did exactly what I asked.
I will definitely be returning and requesting Kelly again.

So happy to have had Kirsty cut my hair this afternoon. She made me feel very welcome and was able to look after me right away. She cut it exactly as I had wanted, and was friendly but professional throughout.Many thanks!
