I've been visiting this salon for many years now and have always been amazed at the results. This is a very professional run salon, with friendly staff and stylists who will always take the time to ensure they know what look you are wanting in your visit to the salon. The salon is very elegant, bright and a cheerful place to visit.

Everyone likes to go back to their own favourite stylist which I do, but over the years I have used various other stylist within the salon with always the same fantastic results! The staff always work as a team and use their many years of experience to assist each other if you are looking for something different in your style.

The staff members right from the juniors to the senior staff members make the salon an enjoyable place to visit. You are always greeted with a friendly face.

If your looking for a new salon to get a great look give them a go, you will not be disappointed.

Having recently moved to the Hertfordshire area, I have found it increasingly difficult to find top quality and reliable hair stylists who are committed and not only have the experience but are equally attentive to my styling requirements. Ann at Mirror Image has done an amazing job with the colour and style of my hair, I was very impressed with the results as well as relieved to find a salon where I did not have to constantly remind or guide the hairdresser on my expectations.
Ann is an absolute perfectionist and pays utmost attention to detail (which is pretty reassuring when it comes to hair!) She also took the time to offer good, honest advice on my hair related needs. Many thanks and compliments to Ann and her team who were refreshingly welcoming and friendly whilst also maintaining a great degree of professionalism throughout the process.

Courtney the Hairdresser Committed Benefit Fraud.

I would not have my hair cut or styled at a salon that employs people who are seemingly jolly and friendly but not authentic and professional but rather vindictive behind the facade and has harassed others. But friendly people don't go out of their way to harass others, do they? I am posting this review because people think Courtney is a nice character but he isn't. It perhaps helps to know that he is related or friends with Shaun Hoyte of London Colney who appeared in the newspapers for beating someone up as a bodyguard for a fine of almost £6000. I will not have my haircut at this salon for this matter alone.

I had my hair cut at Mirror Image and was very impressed with the whole experince. Not only did I have a fabulous colour and cut, I also got a great head massage a cup of tea and home made cake in a pleasant calming atmosphere.

I've had my last 3 haircuts at this salon with Vashtee. It's the first time in a long time that I have found a hairdresser that I feel confident enough to go back to. She cuts my hair with such care and precision. She is also good at recommending products and treatments specific to my needs. All in all am happy I'm am no longer on an endless search for a hairdresser I can trust with my hair.

Still shocked that my teenage daughter was charged £51 (£60 including a blow dry she didn’t need but was offered and didn’t know it was extra) for a hair cut. I honestly think that is an outrageous price for a child.
My own fault for not checking the prices so definitely check the prices before you go!
