I am so so angry about the hair cut I got at this place. My fringe was cut way too short. I have had it cut previously at different hair dressers with no problems. I clearly stated I wanted a fringe to cover some of my forehead. After the cut the hair dresser said the cut is fine and the short bit blends in with the rest of the fringe, which it does not !! Going on holiday in less than a week and wanted to cry when got home. Tried to blow dry it and straighten it, nothing works. The hair dresser after a long discussion said its like this because you can never know how the hair sets when its dried to which I responded that you should therefore cut less off and then correct it after seeing how it looks when dried . Really unhappy and would 100% not recommend. Got a refund in the end but even for free I wouldn't agree to have my hair cut at this place.

Luceen cut my hair yesterday superbly. I have short hair and like a sharp cut which is easy to maintain. She did the job excellently. Will be going back and will have a colour too next time. Very clean salon and Covid compliance met 100%. 👍😀

Just had my first haircut in five months and thought I'd try a local salon I hadn't visited yet. I have such a pleasant experience and the owner was really welcoming and chatty. I'm really pleased with the refresh my hair has had, and would definitely go back again.

Terrible hairdressing experience. Unprofessional from start to finish. Dyed my roots 2 shades lighter than my hair without any consultation or apology. Despite this then being “fixed” my hair still look’s ridiculous and the roots lighter than the rest of my hair. It took over 4 hours and on the second application my scalp started to burn (which didn’t phase my hairdresser, she told me to hold on for 10 more minutes while it finished up). There was no colour testing prior to my apt or initial consult and no apology about my hair. I was made to feel unreasonable and ridiculous. So unhappy have already booked in elsewhere to have my hair fixed and will never step foot near this place again. I also reached out to them post apt about how unhappy I was and never heard back. Avoid if you value your hair and want a nice, professional experience!

I booked in with Natasha today as a last min cancellation from my normal home hairdresser, I requested a half head root foil highlights, with a cut and blow dry. I'm so impressed, I got exactly what I wanted! My hair is pretty hard to blow dry and not many hairdressers get it how I like it, but Natasha was brilliant. I'm really happy!
I also don't often write reviews, but I know what a big thing it can be trying out new hairdressers. I would highly recommend Natasha and the salon, which is in a great location, very clean and calming.

Jane did a brilliant job with my haircut today. I'm so happy and will be definitely coming back. Great value too!
