Just had a balayage, conditioner, and styled from the lovely Clare (I think was her name) and Harry. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming as soon as I came in. I was explained that I would need sessions with my hair to get it as blonde as I wanted it because I have dark brown hair and was very informative about the process. Will definitely be back again 😊
