I go to this salon and only this salon on a regular basis, i use the same stylist but wouldn't bat an eyelid if she wasn’t available. I trust all of these ladies 100% completely, i love the idea of their loyalty cards for each individual stylist as they all work hard and each deserve the benefits of having regular clients and i have one for each of them. Although these ladies are hairdressers not magicians, when something isn’t possible to achieve straight away they explain and we go through the process and i always walk out of there happy.

I have been to all the stylists and always had a good experience. All of the girls are very professional and the level of cutting and colouring is excellent. Best hair salon in Tunbridge Wells. I would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to come in 4 weeks.

Last month: Good products used at this salon. Accommodating staff! Had scored 5/5.

Today: Unhappy with a number of aspects... maybe it is time to check out somewhere new:
1. They did not keep a record of my previous colour;
2. My hair looks like a balloon! Unless using straighteners, results are very poor.
3. Loyalty card only works if it is with the same stylist! Is that a joke? Wanted to give me a new one per stylist!

Left feeling really disappointed!

My hair does have natural frizz which is why I have had keratin treatment to it last month. I did not refuse products to aid frizz. I left that in the hands of the stylist and told her what products are usually used when she asked. I was advised by another stylist not to use straighteners cause the repeated use has caused damage to my hair.

Yes I arrived 10 minutes late and I apologised for that and asked if it was okay to which the stylist said yes.

Although the salon is very nice and the staff are lovely, my cut wasn't. I asked for a full sharp fringe to rest on my eyebrows...my hair was past my chin (A friendly lady with blonde hair cut it), it ended up an inch above them so it was straightened and even then it was above my eyebrows still. Also very thin on one side, only to discover that it wasn't even parted correctly as it's very slanted where the fringe starts. I now have to grow this out and have it re cut. I can't even pin it back properly as it's been cut too short.

I have been going to this salon for a while now and would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues, and do. The stylists are always professional and friendly, happy to listen and advise, no matter how mad the request is, as I love my colours 🤩

I went in for a simple haircut (a small trim and some layering) and what I got was not satisfactory. The lady who did my hair was very nice (I don't know her name but she had short blonde hair) but my haircut was NOT. My hair is uneven, it has chunks that are longer and unlayered all over my head. I don't think I'll be going back there again. The woman who did my hair did a lazy job of it, chopping off chunks here and there.
I have school tomorrow and teenagers can be especially brutal critics. If your employees don't know how to layer hair, then you have a serious problem.

Have been using this salon for a few years.lauren works wonders,also other stylists in there are excellent too.would highly recommend. Friendly professional what more could you want
