This was my first time coming here, Michael cut my hair, and the results are beautiful!! Really appreciate someone who has confidence in their skills, and his enjoyment in his profession shows in the outcome! I tend to say the same thing each time I get my hair cut, that its stingy and unhealthy - he transformed my hair into healthy bouncy hair - something I haven't had in all my years! Thank you ♡

Popped in today to make an appointment for a wash, trim & blow dry. Spoke to Sue who offered me an appointment then and there. Haven't had a trim for some time as I have quite long hair. Sue was great, my hair looks healthy and not too short, I will definately be going back. The price was very reasonable too.

Booked my hair to get curls for my nephews wedding. Freya was very friendly, professional & did an amazing job on my hair. Curls are amazing. 5*

The young lady that took me to the back wash to wash my hair was cold. I found this odd as the hairdresser we ladies go to to be made to feel pampered and usually I get lovely attention from the moment I walk in. Apart from saying lean back and walk this way….nothing! To be honest it has affected my opinion of Pelo. The hairdresser was lovely and professional, but the young twenty something with long blonde locks has made me of the opinion that I would prefer to go where I am spoke to as a person and not as a chore. The girl did not even ask if the water temperature was ok. Good job it was as I would have spoken up, however I was just waiting to see if she would Dane to have a conversation with me, alas, she did not. The reason I have given 4 stars is due to the lovely hairdresser Megan

The other day I got my hair blow dried here and it was a very pleasant experience. I forgot to ask the name of my hairdresser, but he was really careful and he did an amazing job! I was surprised because often I get my hair pulled by hairdressers, but this time wasn’t the same! It was my first time getting my hair done after lockdown and I was really happy with the result. I would 100% recommend this hairdressers.

I've been going to Pelo for years. Very friendly and I've seen people of all ages in there. Often I can get a same day appointment and their prices are reasonable. Nice little beauty area upstairs too.

Amazing place the staff are so friendly and professional and they always do a great job. I've had cut colours styles everything and they always treat me like a queen. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff very friendly and professional. They are thorough about covid safety with all staff wearing aprons and masks with ppe for customers, including disposable towels. There are also screens between socially distanced chairs. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. I've had my hair cut and blow dried there for years and never had any complaints.
