I love this salon, and have been coming here for years. Valya, the manager, always does my colours beautifully, and I always receive compliments from friends. I also bring my 9 year old son here, and he is always made to feel comfortable - not always an easy feat. My 26 year old daughter also drives over to Ashford from Maidstone to get her hair done here as well. Lovely salon, lovely friendly staff, and affordable prices. 👍

Amazing hair place. Lauren is literally a miracle maker and made my hair a gorgeous blonde colour that I absolutely adore. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and welcoming and the prices are so low for the quality of the styling. I used to never get my hair done, now I plan to return every month.

First visit today and as expected at the moment, it was busy. Waited about 30 minutes before entering the salon then had a wash, cut, highlights etc. Showed the stylist photo's of my hair before the pandemic and the end result was perfect.

I made an appointment with Ceilys. I went along to the appointment one week later after making it. The drive there took me 30 minutes, I then paid for parking (£5), I bought a magazine & coffee (£5), then arrived at Salon. I was then told there was no appointment for me and nobody could do my hair. I could make an appointment for another day I was told🤬. There was no manager and no supervisor (which is really bad and against work ethics). The girl on counter was ignorant and unable to show any empathy. I'll NEVER go again. Plus the last 3 times I've visited the prices have differed from £50 to £85, always check prices before your treatment begins.

.I have a feeling that they get their staff and their friends to give good reviews. Out of the years I've been going I've only got two good hair cuts. I suggest if anyone finds a decent hairdresser you get their names. Last time , I had to get my family to cut it after it regrew as it was such a uneven mess and very short. So I had to wait for months to regrows it then recut it.
